What services do you provide?

We offer full-service event solutions including custom balloon decor, backdrops, table styling, rentals (tables, chairs, linens), bar service, catering coordination, and entertainment. From concept to execution — we handle everything.

Do you customize designs for each event?

Yes. Every event is fully customized based on your theme, vision, and space. We don’t use шаблоны — we design from scratch to match your aesthetic.

What is your pricing?

Pricing depends on the scope, design complexity, and logistics. We work with different budgets and always propose the best possible solution within your range.

Is delivery and setup included?

Yes. Delivery, installation, and breakdown (if needed) are included in your quote unless stated otherwise.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance. For large or complex events — 3–4 weeks. Last-minute requests are possible depending on availability.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date and begin the design process. The remaining balance is due before or on the event day.

Can you work with my venue?

Absolutely. We coordinate with venues, follow their rules, and ensure smooth setup without disrupting the space .

Do you offer same-day or last-minute bookings?

Sometimes — if we have availability. Contact us directly and we’ll try to accommodate your request.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for longer distances.

Do you provide rentals only (without setup)?

In some cases, yes. Let us know what you need and we’ll confirm availability.

Do you remove decor after the event?

Yes. All rental items provided by Deluxe Party Service are picked up after your event. We coordinate a scheduled pickup time or include breakdown in your package.

Which items are rentals?

The following items are considered rental property and must be returned:

Backdrops and frames
Display stands and structures
Themed decor elements
Large installations and props
Selected table styling items (if specified)

These items remain the property of Deluxe Party Service and are not included for guests to keep.

What happens to balloons and disposable decor?

Balloon installations and disposable decor are typically left on-site after the event unless removal is requested. We can include cleanup and disposal as an additional service.

Do I need to be present for pickup?

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the items, our team will handle the pickup efficiently and respectfully.

What if something gets damaged or lost?

Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of rental items during the event. Replacement or repair fees may apply.

Can you match specific colors or brand identity?

Yes. We can match custom color palettes and create designs aligned with your brand or theme.

Do you handle corporate events as well?

Yes. We work with both private and corporate clients, including brand activations, launches, and office events.
